This card serves as a warning.
Just as the deep sea angler fish uses a light to lure unsuspecting prey, this card warns you to be aware of deceit. That friend who you think is holding a light for you has darker motives. Beware of schemes that seem to be too good to be true and equally of the schemers themselves and gossips. Someone with a lack of conscience wants to eat you for breakfast.
This card may also let you know that you are swimming too close to the light and it's blinding you to your risky behavior. Take a step back and look at things again once your eyes have adapted. Remember that it's easier to escape detection from the shadows and from there you can keep an eye on the predator who thinks they've got you fooled.
